Order Time
At Offspring Recreational
Products Inc. we
understand that you want your products as soon as physically possible
and we
are dedicated to do all we can to see that your
needs are met.
When stock is available, orders should be processed and shipped
within 1-2 business days, from that point it is the responsibility
of the carrier and delivery time will depend on destination
and service level selected.
We will attempt to notify customers when items are not in stock,
but we are not obligated to do so. If you have any concern about
your order, you are free to call our customer service line at
1-877-7 GO JUMP (746-5867). We will require your name, phone
number and the order number listed in your e-mail order confirmation.
In the case of orders shipped by UPS, customers providing their
e-mail address will be notified by an e-mail message from “Quantum
View” regarding the status of their shipment (ship date,
ETA and tracking numbers)
Return Policy
All returns require previous authorization (which
can be requested through our customer service
line at 1-877-7 GO JUMP (746-5867). Returns
are subject to a 15% restocking
fee and shipping fees (to and from) are not
compensated. In the case that a return is required
due to our error, the 15%
fee will be waived and shipping fees will
be paid by Offspring Recreational Products Inc.
